[spoiler=if antivirus is installed]If you have an antivirus installed and is working on your computer, then it may have blocked the launcher files. Having opened the antivirus, you can check in the list of threats and in quarantine, and unblock files there. PandaWoW Launcher is not registered on any official platform of programs and applications, so some antiviruses may react falsely to the launcher. More details here.

1. Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows for Windows 8.1 and previous versions

(if, when you try to run launcher, it gives error: api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll).

2. Microsoft Visual C++ 2005-2019 Redistributable Package.

[spoiler=Note:]Before installing "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005-2019 x86_x64", uninstall from your computer:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 (x86 and x64)

Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 (x86 and x64)

or

Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 (x86 and x64)

(if have been already installed)

Visual C++ "2015", "2017" and "2019" are programmatically the same and cannot be installed on top of each other, so you should uninstall them before installing the new version.

3. For Windows 7/8.1 Microsoft .NET Framework latest version. For Windows 8 Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1.

[spoiler=Note:]Pandawow launcher in most cases does not start due to the incorrect work of the "Microsoft .NET Framework", example https://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=241828&p=1430571&viewfull=1#post1430571. Therefore, if you have already installed Microsoft .NET Framework and more than one version, then uninstall them all and again install only one version

if the Microsoft .NET Framework is not uninstalled or not installed, use special utility from Microsoft trobleshooter for uninstall or install.

4. Service Pack 1 for Windows 7.
